Lewsid's Leather Goods

Lewsid's is one-fifth of Stiks Distillery & Co., making up the entirety of the leather portion of this thesis idea. Lewsid's is inspired by my great-grandfather Lewis Steinert and grandfather Sidney 'Sid' Steinert. The name originates from combining both of their first names together. My grandfather Sid and his father both are hardworking men who did a lot of physical labor through the years. Lewis did a lot of work on the family farm throughout his life, growing up owning and riding horses; a true countryman. His son, and my grandfather, Sid is similar in some aspects, while his labor of love isn't cowboy-tailored, his passion throughout life has been the automotive realm. My grandfather's love of cowboy boots is what inspired this brand and will consist of leather products and goods ranging from boots to leather aftercare.
